Regular coffee was kinda flat. So we fizzed it up.

Born way, way back in 2015, out of a surplus of time and curiosity, Sofee combined two of my passions––home-brewing beer and roasting coffee beans. I was looking for a way to make my daily coffee just a little bit more exciting and refreshing. So, I kegged some cold brew, added a tiny bit of sweetener, skipped the fermentation process and voila, Sofee was born.

It’s not your average cup (or can) of Joe. But that’s kind of the point. It’s meant to caffeinate but also pique curiosity and make you think differently about, well, just about everything. Especially coffee.

Enjoy it by itself, over ice, or in a cocktail. (Hint: It’s no accident that Sofee plays well with mescal and whiskey.)

Giving the community a boost.

As a small, local business, community means everything to us. And when we see an opportunity to give back, we jump right in.

With hospital and front-line workers overworked and stretched thin this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made countless deliveries to local hospitals, donating over $15,000 worth of Sofee (so far) to give our heroes an extra boost when they had no option but to keep going.
